International Rates and Coverage
MetLife offers access to an overseas network of dentists through an arrangement with AXA Assistance.
How it works
Covered individuals (individuals permanently living abroad) who require dental services outside the United States can contact the AXA Assistance Hot Line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AXA Assistance will provide referrals to dentists and facilities which provide dental care in the area where the covered individual is located. If necessary, AXA Assistance may also help coordinate the arrangements for the dental visit.*
